WHAT DO YOU KNOW ABOUT SLEEP PARALYSIS?

A couple of months ago, I would sleep and when I’m about waking up I won’t be able to move my body nor speak and, I would know, I want to wake up. it will seem like someone is holding me down and doesn’t want me to get up. It happened at intervals for a while until, I told my dad and he prayed for me cause we all felt someone was trying to kill me in my sleep. Until my brother saved me from the consistent prayers saying its normal and no one was trying to kill me. It’s just sleep paralysis.

Let me remind you of a popular person who may have had sleep paralysis. J.M. I know some of you might have gone through the same thing I went through, and you are now fasting and praying about it. I’m honored and just to let you know it’s not the witches from your village that wants to kill you. It is just sleep paralysis and it doesn’t kill.

Most embarrassing time, it happened to me?

I was in a bus with my chess mates. we went for a e4 competition. While coming back, I was bored in the bus so, I forced sleep as usual. we wanted to stop by and get food in an eatery by the road side. I was actually asleep and knew everything that was going on, when the bus stopped and when people went down to buy food. I wanted to go down but noticed I was caught up with sleep paralysis. I couldn’t move nor speak was just struggling until I finally got up. the race I took from the bus to the eatery wasn’t funny at all. That was I decided that I won’t ever force sleep again especially in public.
